Nominate a Family

Do you know a family who could use extra love and support? Each year, we select a Family of the Year to receive proceeds from Ayden Wade Linger Memorial Ride.​ To be eligible, the family must live in Louisiana or surrounding states, have a child or children facing medical hardship, and be willing to travel to attend the Memorial Ride. Our goal is to support families facing medical hardship during a difficult season and remind them they are not alone. ​To submit a nomination, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible or email us directly at Aydenwadelingermemorial@gmail.com. Nominations will be reviewed by our team, and the selected family will be contacted directly.​If your own family meets the requirements, we warmly encourage you to nominate yourself. There is no shame in needing support that’s why this foundation exists.
