2nd Annual Ayden Wade Linger Memorial Ride

Time: 9AM–4PM

Jeep for a Cause

General Participation

  • All Jeep makes and models are welcome.

  • Entry fee: $25 per Jeep (100% goes to the Family of the Year)

  • Registration must be completed upon arrival.

  • Limited spots available for day-of registration

  • Vehicles must remain parked until awards are announced unless approved by event staff.

Competition & Awards

  • Best Lifted Jeep: Highest lift 

  • Trailblazer Award: Unique mods that push the limits 

  • Fun Factor Jeep: Full of personality and creativity. 

  • Crowd Pleaser: Voted by attendees, crowd favorite.

Judges' decisions are final. 

People’s Choice voting will close at a designated time announced during the event.

 
SXS for a Cause

General Participation

  • All SXS/UTV makes and models are welcome.

  • Entry fee: $25 per SXS (100% goes to the Family of the Year)

  • Registration must be completed upon arrival.

  • Limited spots available for day-of registration

  • Participants must check in before judging begins.

Competition & Awards

  • Built not Bought: Owner-built from scratch, pure craftsmanship.

  • Big Rig Beast: SXS with the most impressive size, lift, and tire setup.

  • The Sound Beast: most powerful and attention grabbing sound.

  • ​Crowd Pleaser: Voted by attendees, crowd favorite.

Judges’ decisions are final.

People’s Choice voting will close at a designated time announced during the event.

SXS Specific Rule

  • No free riding in the park. All SXS units must remain parked at all times unless directed by event staff.

 Event Safety Rules (Applies to All Vehicles)

  • This is a family-friendly memorial event.

  • No reckless driving, racing, donuts, burnouts, or unsafe behavior.

  • All vehicles must remain in designated areas.

  • Event staff reserves the right to remove anyone not following the rules.

  • Entry fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Policies

Overview

  • Outdoor event with free public admission

  • Kid-friendly activities, raffles, and memorial ride

Fees & Spaces

  • 10×10 booth: $40

  • Additional 10×10 spaces: $15 each

  • Electricity access: $35

  • Food trucks/trailers: $80 per space (pre-approved by the foundation)

  • All fees are non-refundable

  • Space is secured upon payment

  • You keep 100% of all sales unless you choose to donate

Requirements

  • Vendors must provide: tent, tables, chairs, linens, generators, heavy-duty extension cords, and any other supplies needed to operate your booth

Check-In & Setup

  • Vendor check-in begins at 7AM at the registration booth

Liability

  • The Ayden Wade Linger Memorial Foundation and Desoto Motorsport Park are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items

Golf Cart Policy:

Golf carts are welcome to ride the park during the event.

  • Must Operate at safe speeds.

  • No reckless driving

  • Drivers must be mindful of children & pedestrians.

All vendor and competition fees go directly to the Family of the Year to support medical care, therapies, specialized equipment, and ongoing needs.
